Points to Consider If You Want to be Pregnant

There are a lot of things that can affect the ability of a woman to become pregnant. If you want to be gestating, then go through the following points if it applies to you:

  • Find out if you are ovulating normally. This means that you have your period monthly, and you never miss a period.
  • Has your menstrual period returned to normal after childbirth?
  • Do not blame yourself entirely if you are not able to conceive. have your husband checked by a doctor. He may have a reproductive problem.
  • Engage in unprotected sexual intercourse every other day during the most fertile period of your menstrual cycle. This is the most optimum time to conceive.
  • Are you stressed out? Stress can affect the ability to conceive.
  • If you are over 35 years old and have been trying for more than a year, then it is high time to consult your doctor.
  • Have you have recurrent miscarriages? Consult your doctor so that the underlying cause can be treated before any attempt at conceiving will be done.
