Parents always worry about their children’s whereabouts especially if they are in a very crowded place like the amusement park or in the mall. We worry instantly if we don’t know where they are and we don’t have a visual on them. This is because there is nothing in the world that can compare the worry and anguish that parents feel if their child is lost or in a more disturbing situation like being kidnapped. In both situations, there will be many that will get involve like the police and private investigators and not to mention the use of extra money, time and effort.

Let your children run and play for health. It is a known statistical fact that children these days don’t spend as much time exercising like they used to. Surveys show that children watch an average of three hours watching TV each day and spend five and a half hours on media as a whole. Outdoor activities have to compete with video consoles, game boys and the personal computers. Seeing as children don’t spend as much time on rigorous activities, many are more likely to grow up obese or develop type 2 diabetes. Young people have rarely been diagnosed with this disease but it has been found in children as young as 12 years old.

A family is made up of a father, a mother and their children. This unit is the core of our society. Single parent families have a gap that should be filled by the missing partner and many single parent have a hard time filling up that big gap. Dads and Moms have different roles in rearing and bringing up their children and children need both parents. The roles of both parents differ in each home according to the preference of the parents.

Jealous of the New Baby
You are pregnant again and the new addition to your family is very much welcome. Both you and your husband are already planning for the arrival of your new baby but what about your other child or children, especially the youngest one? Somehow, even if you think that everything is alright, you have to pay extra attention to your other children, especially the youngest one as he will be the one who will feel threatened with the arrival of the baby.
