Physical Development
- head remains fairly erect when baby is in the sitting position, but it is still wobbly
Senses and Reflexes
- cycles arms and legs smoothly
Mental Development
- can discriminate among voices, people, tastes and size of objects
- picks out mother’s voice from a group of others
- repeats actions for own sake
Social Development
- watches a person alertly and directly
