The signs of good nutrition helps parents, especially mothers to gauge the their parenting skills and most of all, the nourishment that they give to their children. Children tend to have favorite foods, especially the toddlers who under goes food jags, needs proper guidance. Parents have to make certain that their children are getting all the nutrients that they need, the right amount and the right balance.
